Chef Mostafa Seif will join Chef Hadrien Villedieu to craft a collaborative menu that honours both Egypt’s culinary traditions and Chez Wam’s French-Middle Eastern influence, creating an unforgettable dining experience that bridges two rich gastronomic cultures.
The evening will take place on Wednesday, 17 September from 6pm. Guests will enjoy a specially curated set menu at AED 495 per person, with beverages available à la carte.

Each of Chef Seif’s creations embodies the essence of Egypt’s culinary legacy, reimagined for today’s global stage.
