The fine dining restaurant invites guests to experience the gastronomic wonders of Lunar New Year

Dubai, United Arab Emirates-: Moli by Shi, the freshest addition to Dubai’s culinary scene, is gearing up to welcome the Chinese New Year in style. With 2024 marking the Year of the Dragon- a symbol of power, vigor, and charm- Moli by Shi prepares to infuse their vibrant spirit into a week-long extravaganza.

Kicking off the Lunar New Year celebrations, the evening will commence with a personalised Zodiac Cocktail. Guests are invited to take a sip and step into the wondrous world of Chinese culture and cuisine. Nestled in a vibrant atmosphere, adorned with Chinese lanterns and artistic touches, diners will be treated to a memorable four course set menu, showcasing the flavours of the far east, complimented with live entertainment.

The gastronomic journey will begin with a variety of flavourful starters, such as Dragon Fruit Tiger Prawn and Crispy Angus Beef Eggplant Roll; followed by a selection of Dim Sum featuring Lobster Dumplings, Angus Beef Kimichi and Prawn Har Gau. The evening will continue with an enticing array of main courses, where guests can discover favourites like Caramelized Chilean Sea Bass with Truffle, Cornfed Chicken with Morel Mushroom, and Lamb Tree. Concluding the journey on a sweet note, diners can anticipate a specially crafted Lucky Cat dessert – the perfect way to end an exquisite evening.

The Dragon Feast is priced at AED350 per person and children below six years old dine for free. The Chinese New Year festivities will run from the 5th to the 11th February – with special emphasis on the 9th and 10th evening, where guests can experience the enchanting Lion Dancers parade from 7.00 PM, in celebration of the official arrival of the Lunar New Year.

Each guest will be presented with a promising fortune cookie box, serving as a heartfelt wish for a prosperous future, alongside a symbolic dragon tassel and a complimentary voucher envelope – a memorable take-away after a splendid evening at Moli.
