From the 3rd to 9th of March, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey through Japan with a specially curated six-course dinner, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Downtown Dubai.
Hinamatsuri, also known as Girls’ Day or Doll’s Day, is a traditional Japanese festival celebrated annually. Dedicated to the health, happiness, and well-being of young girls, the festival is filled with cultural significance, family gatherings, and symbolic rituals.
To honour Hinamatsuri, Chef Park and his talented team have meticulously designed an exclusive menu that celebrates the essence of Japanese gastronomy. The six-course journey begins with a starter of Wagyu and Salmon Crispy Rice, followed by a Sushi & Sashimi Platter. The third course features Monk Fish Ao Nori Tempura with Black Garlic Sauce, while the Robata course showcases Matsukasa Amadai with Caviar and Onion Cream Sauce.
For the Teppan course, guests will savour the rich flavors of Tajima Wagyu MB 9+ Striploin, served with Mixed Vegetables and Spicy Sesame Teriyaki. The culinary experience leads to a delightful dessert duo, starting with a refreshing pre-dessert of Yuzu Granita and concluding with a sweet finale of Cumquat and Dekopon Mandarin Compote paired with Kalamansi Sorbet.
