DUBAI :In honour of Golden Week, one of the most eagerly anticipated celebrations in the Chinese calendar, Hakkasan Dubai invites guests to savour a specially curated menu by Executive Chef Andy Toh from Wednesday 1st to Friday 10th October. This exclusive set menu, available from AED 738 per person, offers the finest in Cantonese cuisine, culminating in a decadent golden milk tea dumpling, all adorned with flecks of gold for true indulgence.

The specially curated Golden Week menu, showcasing ingredients that symbolise good fortune, prosperity and abundance, features highlights such as the Golden “Yuan Bao,” a crisp dumpling filled with king crab and caviar, and the “Goldfish,” a delicate preparation of Chilean seabass with cuttlefish, supreme chicken consommé and green oil. Other standout dishes feature wok-seared lobster with spicy fermented yellow chili sauce, Hokkaido scallop with fried organic trio rice, Jerusalem artichoke and crisp scallops. To conclude the feast on a note of luck and sweetness, guests are served a golden milk-tea dumpling – filled with golden milk tea, ginger syrup and coconut nougatine – a symbolic finale of prosperity.
