Bull & Bear, Waldorf Astoria DIFC is hosting an Easter Lunch, Sunday 31st March between 1-4pm

 

Dubai, UAE – –: Indulge in a culinary escapade this Easter Sunday at Bull & Bear, Waldorf Astoria DIFC, as those celebrating are invited to explore a world of delights on 31st March. Combining the true essence of New York’s welcoming charm and authenticity with a host of irresistible cuts and flavours, it’s a brunch not to be missed!

From 1-4pm, the award-winning restaurant will serve an exclusive 4-course menu specially curated by Chef Luca, where diners can choose from an array of dishes inclusive of Dibba Bay oysters with truffle sauce, Brooklyn burrata with mastic compressed tomato and caper pesto, gravlax salmon, or beef tartare. For the main event, the option of Australian wagyu striploin, braised ribs with foie gras and a harissa lamb leg is available – side dishes including mac n cheese, Waldorf salad and grilled corn on the cob is also being served. Those with a sweet tooth can savor on a nougat wheel or signature ice creams to finish.

Packages start from AED 295 per person for food only and beverage packages start from AED355 per person with the soft beverage package commencing at that price, the house package is priced at AED475 per person and the bubbles package, AED675.
