A new flavour is brewing by the Creek, as Boulevard Gourmet at the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek joins forces with RAW Coffee Company for a six-month café takeover starting from October. The collaboration brings together two Dubai icons, Boulevard Gourmet, famed for its elegant cakes and pastries, and RAW, the city’s leading specialty coffee roaster, to create a unique culinary destination in the heart of Old Dubai.
Guests will be able to savour RAW’s signature espresso blends, discover single-origin treasures like Ethiopian Guji and Mexican Mazateca through delicate hand brews, and enjoy an extensive menu of cold brews, matcha drinks, frappes, smoothies, and iced teas. The highlight of the menu is the Noir Elixir, a bold new creation that layers blackcurrant, golden honey, and tonic over RAW’s signature Black Cap Cold Brew, serving a dark, fruit-forward, and unapologetically refined coffee.
Alongside these specialty brews, Boulevard Gourmet will delight visitors with its beloved selection of custom-designed cakes, artisanal pastries, fresh juices, sandwiches, and wholesome light bites. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the café offers the perfect setting to linger over coffee, catch up with friends, or enjoy a quiet moment overlooking the bustling Dubai Creek.
