The region’s leading culinary destination gears up for a month of unmissable dining experiences, featuring appearances by global celebrity chefs, exclusive collaborations and can’t-miss offers during Atlantis Restaurant Week.
DUBAI : Established as one of the region’s leading dining destinations, Atlantis Dubai proudly announces the seventh edition of Culinary Month, set to take place from Friday 31st October to Wednesday 3rd December. Throughout this time, guests are invited to indulge in a series of exclusive culinary experiences curated by globally acclaimed chefs such as Björn Frantzén, Nobu Matsuhisa and Gordon Ramsay. Culinary Month will launch with a series of special anniversary dinners at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Studio Frantzén, alongside limited-edition dining experiences at Nobu Dubai and Nobu by the Beach. Plus, the eagerly awaited Atlantis Restaurant Week will offer guests unique menus across both resorts. This year’s participating restaurants at Atlantis The Royal include Ariana’s Persian Kitchen and Ling Ling, while Atlantis, The Palm will see Ayamna, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Hakkasan, Nobu Dubai, Seafire and Studio Frantzén.
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the one-Michelin-starred restaurant at Atlantis The Royal, has launched a culinary tribute to The Fat Duck’s 30th anniversary, featuring a dedicated tasting menu that showcases iconic dishes from Heston’s three-star restaurant. Since 1995, Heston Blumenthal’s groundbreaking first restaurant, The Fat Duck in Bray, England, has captivated diners with its originality and exceptional creativity. Now, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is serving a limited time tasting menu.
Paying homage to Heston Blumenthal’s legendary restaurant, guests can expect a playful and inventive dining experience. To begin, guests are served a selection of dishes including the Roasted Scallop (c.2001) with white chocolate and caviar, followed by the Turbot Veronique (c. 2005), which pairs Muscat grapes, mussels and parsley to the Taffety Tart (c. 1658) dressed in crystalised fennel, apple arlette and rose petals.

Nobu Dubai
Nobu Dubai is unveiling a limited-time menu that artfully explores the luxurious pairing of caviar and tuna. Taking guests on a journey of textures, flavours, and contrasts, highlights include Shokupan tuna with tomato salsa, uni and caviar; akami tataki with artichoke, dry miso and white truffle and the boldly flavoured tuna spicy sour miso caviar.

Studio Frantzén
Studio Frantzén, the Michelin Selected modern European bistro at Atlantis, The Palm, is set to celebrate its first anniversary on Friday 31st October as Björn Frantzén, Johan Zandrén and Torsten Vildgaard unite. Honouring Frantzén’s philosophy of casual elegance, guests will be able to indulge in a specially curated à la carte menu and a nine-course tasting menu curated by the chefs behind the award-winning Studio Frantzén and the three Michelin-starred FZN by Björn Frantzén.
Curated by internationally renowned chef Björn Frantzén, together with Johan Zandrén, Chef de Cuisine at Studio Frantzén and Torsten Vildgaard, Executive Chef at FZN, the anniversary menus will highlight French-inspired cuisine infused with Asian flavours.

Ariana’s Persian Kitchen
This Culinary Month, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen is paying homage to saffron. To honour this rich tradition, the award-winning restaurant will present a special limited-time set menu. From fragrant rice dishes to layered appetisers and mains, guests are invited on a culinary journey through the bold, refined flavours of Persian cuisine.
Guests can begin with hot mazzeh, including the signature original sambuseh, mirza ghasemi – a smoky eggplant dip with garlic and saffron and taranchini and a saffron yoghurt rice ball stuffed with shredded chicken. For mains, diners can choose between the rich Gheyme Bademjan, featuring braised lamb, eggplant and saffron tomato sauce or the Joojeh Kabab, corn-fed chicken grilled with butter and lemon, served with fragrant saffron rice. The meal concludes with a selection of desserts.

To celebrate the visit of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Nobu by the Beach will host a one-night dining experience spotlighting its signature live robatayaki station. Guests can look forward to a specially curated selection of Wagyu dishes, crafted exclusively for the occasion, alongside an expanded lounge area designed for a relaxed yet refined evening. The night will come alive with vibrant entertainment including a live DJ set and a Taiko drumming performance.

Diners can savour the culinary expertise of the resort’s acclaimed chefs, with multiple stations to choose from including slow-roasted turkey, served with rich gravy and cranberry sauce, alongside a creamy sweet potato casserole topped with toasted marshmallows. Following the success of the ‘Feast of Dreams’ during Atlantis The Royal’s Grand Reveal weekend, Atlantis Dubai invites guests to an unmissable culinary event, set to take place on Friday 28th November. For one night only, diners can enjoy a four-hour indulgence, featuring signature dishes from world-renowned celebrity chef restaurants including Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, CARBONE Dubai, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, estiatorio Milos, La Mar by Gastón Acurio, Ling Ling and Nobu by the Beach. Priced at AED 745 per person, this show-stopping gastronomic experience promises 17 cooking stations serving up signature creations from Atlantis’ renowned chefs and vibrant entertainment. To complement the experience, guests can enjoy the Golden Package including alcoholic free-flow Moët Chandon champagne, wine, beer and spirits or the Silver Package for AED 575 including soft drinks.
