Conceived to stir the senses, it unites exceptional flavours, striking presentation, and an elegant atmosphere that perfectly captures Dubai’s cosmopolitan essence.

Curated by Amelia’s world-class culinary team, the First Flight tasting series unfolds across three distinct experiences, each capturing the essence of Amelia’s signature style delivering a seamless blend of global influences, modern techniques, and heartfelt storytelling through food.

 

Guests are invited to begin their journey with a sharing menu priced at AED 225 per person, featuring a selection of Amelia’s most iconic creations – from reimagined classics such as wild sea bass ceviche and wagyu empanadas, to inventive dishes like gyoza de pollo and truffle flammkuchen concluding with indulgent desserts such as Pelota de Chocolat and Pineapple Crème Brûlée. Each plate is a testament to Amelia’s philosophy that dining transcends nourishment, becoming instead an expression of emotion, artistry, and connection.

For those seeking a more elevated experience, First Flight also offers two bespoke wine-pairing journeys, each curated by Amelia’s expert sommeliers to perfectly complement the menu’s intricate flavours. The first wine pairing (AED 425 per person) features La Scolca ‘Il Valentino’ Gavi from  Piedmont, Trenel Pouilly-Fuissé from Burgundy or Grand Village by Château Lafleur from Bordeaux, and Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria from Sicily. The second wine pairing (AED 425 per person) presents La Scolca ‘Il Valentino’ Gavi from Piedmont, Pascal Jolivet Sancerre from the Loire Valley or Frescobaldi ‘Nipozzano’ Chianti Rufina from Tuscany, and Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria from Sicily.
