Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah witnessed improvements in guest rooms to meet the expectations of visitors, in addition to updating restaurant facilities and elevator systems, to ensure the smoothness and comfort of service during the holy month.

As for Mövenpick Hajar Makkah, it launched an integrated project for a comprehensive renovation of the hotel rooms, the first phase of which was completed, which adds a modern and contemporary touch to the accommodation experience, in addition to opening the main restaurant to increase the capacity.

In turn, Pullman Zamzam Makkah has completed the first two phases of the rooms and suites development project in a move aimed at providing an exceptional accommodation experience overlooking the Holy Mosque.

In a move aimed at facilitating the arrival of its guests, Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel has opened its new entrance dedicated to hotel guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience, away from congestion, to provide the highest levels of comfort for guests during the peak season.

Accor hotels in Madinah have witnessed similar development projects, as both Pullman Zamzam Madinah and Mövenpick Anwar Madinah have renovated rooms, restaurants and public areas, in addition to updating the Wi-Fi and entertainment systems, reflecting Accor Hotels’ ongoing commitment to improving its services and providing a comfortable environment for guests.

Mövenpick Anwar Madinah has renovated the “Tayba” restaurant and reopened it to guests in October 2024 with a capacity of up to 238 guests and lovers of Far Eastern cuisine. The renovation of “Al Zahra” restaurant will also be completed and will welcome guests starting from the first of Ramadan with a capacity of 320 guests from Indian and Turkish cuisine pioneers.
