Dubai, UAE – Journey to the Amalfi Coast this November 6th and 7th, as Il Gattopardo and Ristorante Lorelei present an exclusive culinary celebration that will transport you to the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. This exclusive collaboration captures the soul of Italy’s most enchanting coastline through refined seafood, pristine ingredients, and the delicate aromatic touches that embody Italian elegance. Each dish tells a story of a place where time stands still and every flavor speaks of the sea.

On November 6th and 7th, guests are invited to two unforgettable evenings devoted to La Dolce Vita and the captivating flavours of the Amalfi Coast. The experience unites two acclaimed culinary masters, Chef Ciro Sicignano of Ristorante Lorelei in Sorrento, Italy and Chef Massimo Pasquarelli of Il Gattopardo for an exclusive collaboration.

Diners may choose to experience a set menu curated by Chef Ciro Sicignano, or create their own dining experience by combining dishes of Chef Ciro and Il Gattopardo favourites.

The Ristorante Lorelei selections highlight the chef’s refined approach to seasonality and balance, with dishes such as Gamberi, roasted red prawns with cuttlefish lard, cannellini beans and finger lime; Astice, a lobster gnocco paired with creamy burrata; and Ricciola, hazelnut-crusted amberjack with pomegranate and Sorrento lemon. Desserts include C’Rock, a buffalo yoghurt cream tartlet with autumn salad and mountain herb sorbet, and Tortino, a Neapolitan espresso fondant with Amatika 35% chocolate, apricot sorbet and lemon thyme.

Il Gattopardo’s menu showcases Italian classics. The Zucca layers Delica pumpkin ricotta, Tuscan kale, caramelised nuts and pumpkin dressing. Pasta courses include Maltagliati, with slow-cooked beef cheek, beef jus and parmesan cream. For the main course, Milanese features a veal tomahawk with anchovy cream and caper & lemon brown butter. For dessert, the classic Tiramisù crafted with lady fingers, mascarpone cream and a bold espresso infusion.

This collaboration embodies La Dolce Vita, blending Il Gattopardo’s classic elegance with Ristorante Lorelei’s authentic Amalfi Coast traditions.
