From fresh starters to signature robata dishes, the new offering brings variety, ease and value to lunch and dinner
Dubai : ROKA Dubai has introduced its new Teishoku Set Menus, now available all day, every day at ROKA Business Bay. Designed as a curated Japanese set-menu experience, the new offering invites guests to explore a selection of signature starters followed by a choice of main course from the robata grill, bringing together variety, flavour and value in one complete dining experience.
Guests can choose between two options: the Classic Teishoku Menu priced at AED 125 per person and the Premium Teishoku Menu priced at AED 180 per person. Both menus begin with starters served to the table for sharing, featuring a mix of salads, maki, gyoza and tempura, before moving into a main course per person.
The Classic Teishoku Menu includes starters such as iceberg lettuce with caramelised onion dressing, chirashi maki, beef gyoza and shrimp tempura, followed by a choice of mains including salmon fillet teriyaki, tiger prawn with Japanese hollandaise, cedar roasted baby chicken, or a rice hot pot with crispy chicken. The Premium Teishoku Menu offers an elevated selection with dishes such as corn salad, sashimi moriawase, salmon tartare, dynamite spicy shrimp tempura roll and king crab, black cod and prawn dumplings, followed by mains including sea bream fillet with ryotei miso, lamb cutlets with Korean spices, beef fillet with chilli, ginger and spring onion, or black cod marinated in yuzu miso. Guests can also add any ROKA dessert for AED 29.
Blending ROKA’s contemporary Japanese robatayaki style with the ease of a set-menu format, the new Teishoku offering is ideal for both lunch and dinner, whether for a midweek business meal, a casual catch-up or an easy way to experience a broader taste of the menu.
