Guests can enjoy this gastronomic journey for Dhs250 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional Dhs150. For those seeking flexibility, à la carte options will also be offered.
Standout dishes include Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait, Beautiful Beets (local organic golden & heritage beetroot, tea smoked salmon, apple & radish, horseradish cream), locally sourced Red Snapper (zucchini & basil salad, broad bean velouté, crab fritter).
