Held at the elegant Porterhouse Bar & Grill at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, this one-night-only affair presents a stunning fusion of flavours through an exclusive multi-course menu. Guests can enjoy this gastronomic journey for Dhs250 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional Dhs150. For those seeking flexibility, à la carte options will also be offered.

Standout dishes include Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait, Beautiful Beets (local organic golden & heritage beetroot, tea smoked salmon, apple & radish, horseradish cream), locally sourced Red Snapper (zucchini & basil salad, broad bean velouté, crab fritter).

The event is part of Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s third annual EPICURE Culinary Month (24 January to 28 February 2025).
