Dubai- 71 Steak and Grill Emirates Towers opens its doors today, inviting guests to embark on an unparalleled gastronomic journey into the art of fire dining. Curated by acclaimed Head Chef Brando Moros, celebrated for his inventive approach to wood-fire grilling, this unique grill concept will be exclusively open for three months.

The Colombian chef is poised to elevate Dubai’s culinary scene with a menu centered around open-fire cooking, promising a one-of-a-kind flavor profile that captivates the senses. Drawing inspiration from his father, a singer and artist, Brando views the palate as his canvas and the flame as his brush. In this kitchen, devoid of gas or electricity, every dish is smoke-kissed and flame-licked.

The creative menu features four sections, and a breakfast menu is set to be launched shortly. Highlight dishes include:

From the Land; Sticky Lamb Ribs Dhs64 (Asian style smoked lamb ribs, dukkah, mint, spring onions), Smoked Shorts Ribs Dhs253 (U.S. Prime 14 hours smoked short ribs, orange BBQ sauce, truffle snow), Spiced T-Bone 1kg Dhs420 (Australian black angus short loin, cajun potatoes).
From the Sea; Smoked Octopus Dhs89 (sweet potato hummus, grilled kimchi, crispy tapioca, coriander oil), Grilled Sea Bass 1kg Dhs194 (yuzu-ginger, farofa, fresh herbs), Coffee Spiced Steak Dhs92 (coffee BBQ marinated Australian black Angus flank, gratin potatoes, confit corn, bell peppers).
From the Garden; Clay Hummus Dhs28 (EVOO, grilled pita, leeks ash, smoked Maldon), Smoked Truffle Burrata Dhs86 (char-grilled grapes & candy tomatoes, molasses-mint vinaigrette, kalamata olives, grilled brown sourdough), Baby Potatoes Dhs35 (sour cream, chef’s chimichurri).
Sweets; I Scream Madness Dhs28 (caramel-chocolate brownie, double chocolate ice cream, dark chocolate raspberry jam), Grilled Peach Dhs28 (caramel flan, ginger foam, cinnamon-infused grilled peach), Alfajor Dhs28 (soft biscuit, cashew cream, coconut lime granita).

The 60-cover alfresco restaurant is a hidden haven within the unique Peacock Park at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. With a breathtaking backdrop of the iconic Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future, guests are invited into a charming dining setting amidst tropical foliage, where wild peacocks roam freely, and a subtle aroma of smoldering charcoal fills the air.

For an immersive adventure, enthusiasts should reserve a seat at the 12-seat grill counter, offering an exclusive omakase grill experience. The intimate setup, featuring wooden wrap-around counter seating, provides patrons with a front-row seat to the open grill area, where Chef Brando imparts a deeper appreciation for the art of fire dining.

The project is a manifestation of Head Chef Brando Moros’ passion for cooking, creating memorable experiences, and uniting people around a fire with delicious meals. He shares, “Launching 71 Steak and Grill Emirates Towers is not just about introducing a restaurant; it’s the ignition of a culinary journey where flames dance with flavours, and every dish becomes a canvas of creativity. The menu is a testament to the artistry of fire dining, and every bite tells a story of innovation and tradition. This is not merely a pop-up; it’s a fleeting moment where passion and gastronomy converge, where we hope to leave an indelible mark on Dubai’s vibrant dining scene.”
