Al Wefaq Transport Solutions Co. Ltd (Yelo), has announced the granting of its commercial franchise rights in Europe after signing a franchise agreement during the activities of the Arab Travel Market Forum in Dubai. The CEO of Al Wefaq Transport Solutions Co. Ltd (Yelo), Mr. Mohammed Al Najran, signed the agreement with the Executive director of Lucent Ventures, Mr. Patrick Pereira, to open the first franchise branches of the “Yelo” brand in Europe in the Swiss, Geneva.
This announcement confirms the prestigious position that “Yelo” holds as a distinguished name in its field after the great successes it has achieved and its wide spread in the Kingdom, the UAE, and the Republic of Egypt. It is distinguished in serving its customers by providing all the options that meet all their needs, as well as the ease of completing booking, receiving, and delivery procedures electronically or through branches.
The announcement of granting the international franchise is a second step in this direction, which was announced by Yelo from the end of last year after it unveiled the granting of the first local franchise in the Kingdom, which took place at a ceremony launched by the Transport General Authority.
On this occasion, Mr. Mohammed Al Najran, CEO of Yelo, explained that this step to enter European markets through franchising came after careful study to ensure that the same level of Yelo service is provided according to the standards it has set for itself, which the franchisee was able to meet to ensure that our customers continue to receive the same benefits and services that create a unique experience for them with Yelo. He pointed out that Yelo is open to granting franchising to any entity that wishes to commit to providing the same level of service that meets the aspirations of Yelo’s customers.
He added, saying: “At Yelo, we are proud to have built a global reputation by investing heavily in development and customer experience improvement. This success has come in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which has opened wider horizons for us to grow and progress locally and globally. As a result, Yelo has become the first Saudi car rental brand to offer its services in a European country, and we will continue to expand further into Europe in the coming period.”
On this occasion Patrick Pereira, Executive director of Lucent Ventures, a Swiss franchisee, said: “We are excited to start our collaboration with Yelo in Europe, starting with our first branch in Geneva this year. This collaboration reflects our commitment to providing very distinctive services and reaching Yelo customers in Europe. However, by partnering with the most popular brand in the Middle East, “Yelo,” we aim to enhance our fleet offerings, develop operations, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers, whether they are traveling for business or leisure. Together with Yelo, we aim to redefine the standards of excellence in car rental in Europe, setting new standards for customer comfort and satisfaction. This partnership not only expands Yelo’s reach in Europe but also reinforces our commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.”
