Dubai, UAE — The Women Warriors Network, a global network founded by Sandy Donnelly in 2020, is thrilled to announce the launch of its inaugural event, “Women of Sustainability,” in Dubai. This milestone event, hosted by WILD FABRIK at Dubai Festival City, brings together five incredible speakers to explore the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social, and economic.
The Women Warriors Network is a platform designed to empower women to be seen and heard and impact pressing societal issues such as sustainability. Founded in the face of adversity during the pandemic, the network has grown to a community of over 2200 members on LinkedIn with the goal of creating a space for diverse voices to connect, communicate and collaborate with each other to drive positive change and create meaningful business opportunities.
“I founded the network to create a platform for seemingly ordinary women to support, encourage, and enable each other to do extraordinary things and make a difference,” said Sandy Donnelly, Founder of the Women Warriors Network. We have voices, and we have the platforms, events, and social media channels to have an impact as a collective while progressing our careers and businesses.”
The “Women of Sustainability” event features five dynamic speakers, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise to the conversation:
- Gergana K. Abdulrahman, Co-founder of WILD FABRIK and Sustainability Advocate
- Charul C Jaitly, Best-selling Author, International Key Speaker, and Co-Founder of Mātiti Group

“The Women Warriors Network is a platform where people can connect, share knowledge, and learn from each other,” continued Donnelly. “Every conversation matters, and the collective energy of our members is what inspires us to succeed and make a difference. We want this to be a space where you can share your ideas, experiences, and stories, and together, we can have a positive impact on the world.”
The launch of the Women Warriors Network in Dubai, one of the most progressive and visionary cities in the world, marks a significant milestone for the global network. The network’s presence in the Middle East region aligns with its mission to inspire women across diverse backgrounds and encourage across genders and nationalities.
