Serving iftar daily throughout Ramadan from 6.30pm to 9pm, UP by 3Fils will offer guests the choice of two six-course set menus that blend premium Japanese ingredients with Middle Eastern flavours.  

Offering idyllic views over the Arabian Gulf, UP by 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour – the restaurant’s new rooftop dining space – presents an unforgettable Iftar dining experience this Ramadan, where premium Japanese ingredients and modern cooking techniques marry with Middle Eastern flavours in celebration of the holy month.

 

With limited seating available and an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, UP by 3Fils sets the scene for a personalized dining experience with loved ones this Ramadan.

 

Serving iftar daily throughout Ramadan from 6.30pm to 9pm, UP by 3Fils will offer guests the choice of two six-course set menus at different price points.

 

The first iftar set menu, priced at AED 320, begins with zaatar Tai snapper, followed by tofu hummus topped with A5 Wagyu. Mouthwatering yakitori comes next, served with baba ganoush, with a course of crab croquette atop harissa orzo and caviar ensuing. Hokkaido scallops with truffle tagliatelle wraps up the main course selection, before a dessert of white chocolate tart with pistachio is served.

 

The second iftar set menu, priced at AED 550, presents lobster and pear salad to begin, followed by A5 Wagyu tacos. Succulent yakitori from the charcoal grill follows, as do Hokkaido scallops served in the shell. For the main event, guests will be served A5 Wagyu with mashed potato, followed by a chocolatey tart for dessert.

 

Iftar at UP by 3Fils will be served daily during Ramadan and pre-booking is essential due to limited seating.

 

3Fils is located at Shop 02, Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, Al Urouba St, Dubai and is open daily for lunch and dinner.
