Dubai, UAE-): A culinary journey of discovery awaits as Twine Restaurant, the chic Mediterranean dining destination located in the heart of  the Dubai World Trade Centre Dubai, is thrilled to announce its first-ever Four Hands dinner. Featuring a unique collaboration between two exceptional chefs, Twine’s very own Head Chef, Mevish Appadoo, and the distinguished Chef Dragan Susa, this is the perfect place for foodies to savour a meticulously prepared 6-course set menu bursting with flavour. Limited to only 30 people and taking place on September 28th, diners will be captivated by the chefs’ culinary innovation and rich cultural heritage.

The Four Hands dinner offers guests an opportunity to witness the creative synergy between Chef Mevish and Chef Dragan, who will combine their expertise and passion for Mediterranean cuisine to craft a memorable menu that reflects their unique culinary journeys. Chef Mevish, a native of Mauritius with a decade-long career across the UAE and Mauritius, is celebrated for his mastery in blending diverse Mediterranean flavours with contemporary flair. Chef Dragan, originally from the Dalmatian coast of Croatia and raised in Serbia, brings over 20 years of experience from the kitchens of Greece, Serbia, Croatia, and the Middle East, creating dishes inspired by his grandmother’s simple yet flavourful cooking.

The incredible six-course set menu has been crafted with care and creativity by Chefs Mevish Appadoo and Dragan Susa, beginning with a collaborative course featuring a selection of homemade pull-apart bread, Twine’s signature pitta, Kalamata olives, and a flavourful Ajvar dip paired with zaatar butter. Chef Dragan follows with a delicate Red Snapper Crudo, offering a refreshing combination of citrus-cured fish, avocado mousse, and peach puree. Chef Mevish then introduces his Wagyu Beef Truffle Carpaccio, where seared wagyu tenderloin meets fresh zaatar, parmesan, pomegranate dressing, and a touch of truffle, delivering a rich, aromatic experience.

The journey continues with Chef Mevish’s Crusted Chilean Seabass, an exquisite dish of Atlantic Patagonian toothfish with feta and walnut crust, served alongside red cabbage puree, jumbo asparagus, and green pepper sauce. Chef Dragan then takes the spotlight again with his Coffee Cured Flank Steak, a unique creation presented over a butternut squash puree and topped with slow-cooked onions and chimichurri. To conclude, both chefs unite once more for a reimagined Bougatsa, featuring a creamy custard goat cheese base with a semolina filling, elegantly finished with a lemon vanilla-infused syrup, the ideal sweet ending to a spectacular evening.

This exceptional dining experience is priced at AED 375 per person, inclusive of food only, with the festivities kicking off at 7pm with a social meet-up, allowing guests to mingle with fellow diners, followed by the dinner service commencing at 7:30pm.

Twine will host multiple further Four Hands dinners before the end of the year, with one event scheduled each month. Guests attending these dinners will have the exciting opportunity to win a round trip for two to one of four Mediterranean destinations—Greece, Italy, Turkey, or Albania—sponsored by Travel Saga.
