Dubai- Time Out Market Dubai, the food and cultural market that brings the best of the city together under one roof, welcomes a new addition to its curated lineup this September: Fusion Ceviche. This chef-owned, homegrown Peruvian eatery has rapidly earned a reputation for serving the best ceviche in Dubai since its inception in 2022.

With its punchy, Peruvian flavours, the menu will include dishes created exclusively for Time Out Market Dubai such as a Trio of Tiraditos, Salmon Chilli, Scallop Parmesan and Sea Bass Pesto. Diners will also be able to delve into a carnival lineup of refreshing ceviches, from the OG clásico to the fresh oysters or smoked salmon and mango.

Chef-founder Penelope Diaz’s inventive menu has garnered a devoted following and Time Out Dubai Awards to boot. Chef Diaz kick-started her fond reputation in Dubai by representing Peru at Expo 2020 and going on to open the first Fusion Ceviche in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Now, with the launch of Fusion Ceviche at Time Out Market Dubai, Penelope continues to share her passion for Peruvian cuisine, staying true to her roots by importing key ingredients directly from Peru.

Fusion Ceviche’s arrival at Time Out Market Dubai marks an exciting new chapter in the city’s culinary landscape, promising to elevate the local food scene with a fresh wave of vibrant and authentic Peruvian flavours.
