Founded by Ziad and Rowan Kamel of Rosy Hospitality, with existing CQ French Brasserie locations in Jumeirah Lake Towers and Barsha Heights, the concept was created as a reflection of their journey and values. It represents resilience, generosity, and a deep respect for French brasserie tradition. Its mission is simple: to serve beautifully prepared classics in a setting that feels warm, welcoming and full of life – a place where friends and family gather over great food.
The menu at the Market focuses on well-loved dishes done right, showcasing CQ’s story, vision and signature dishes. Highlights include Steak Frites, a guest favourite served with crispy fries and the brand’s signature sauces, as well as Escargots with garlic and parsley butter and the rich Wild Mushroom & Chicken Vol-Au-Vent. Guests can also enjoy the Fish Frites, made with fresh catch from the Arabian Sea and exclusive to Time Out Market Dubai, alongside the signature Pain Perdu dessert. Chef Fadi Naim, Group Executive Chef of Rosy Hospitality and the culinary mind behind CQ French Brasserie, is dedicated to preserving the essence of classic French brasserie cooking, built on honest technique, quality ingredients and consistency.
