Drawing inspiration from the fiery year of the dragon and the rich tapestry of Chinese heritage, The Citronelle Club’s meticulously crafted Chinese New Year set menu promises an unforgettable experience. Incorporating flower elements with a symbolic touch of red, the menu exquisitely blends culinary expertise from South East Asia and China with French flair.

Begin the evening with an assortment of sharing-style appetisers, embracing the rich cultural traditions of China including Caviar & Shrimp Roll, Foie Gras & Abalone, Norwegian Salmon and Impossible Swan Puff, a layered cha-siu. Choose from a selection of tantalising main courses featuring grilled Veal Rack accompanied by apple fennel salad and creamy katsu sauce or Red Mullet with a selection of fresh seafood and tom yum bouillabaisse. Opt for the signature ginger glazed Duck Breast topped with white grape and galangal lime gel. Main courses are perfectly paired with a side of Chestnut Zongzi; a medley of mushrooms, chestnuts, salted egg yolk and fresh truffle.

For a sweet finale, end the evening with a sharing-style Sweet Platter highlighting signature desserts, fruit and sorbet. To add a touch of enchantment to the Chinese New Year celebrations, diners will leave with traditional red lucky envelopes symbolising good luck, prosperity, and blessings for the new year.
