Dubai: This Ramadan, The Noodle House, Dubai’s beloved destination for Asian soul food, is partnering with Máráqáh, the UAE’s first 100% natural stock and broth pastes brand, to create a specially curated iftar menu built around quality, comfort, and nourishment.
Running throughout the Holy Month, The Noodle House will offer a selection of five Ramadan-inspired dishes whereby the slow-cooked stocks serve as the foundation, enhancing each ingredient to deliver something wholesome and exceptional.
With prices starting from AED 58, diners can indulge in comforting ramen and soup options such as the vegetarian soto mie ramen, an aromatic Indonesian-style dish paired with noodles, crisp vegetables, and a spring roll, seafood wonton soup, Vietnamese beef pho, spicy char chicken ramen and Thai prawn bisque soup.
Máráqáh, founded by entrepreneur Donia Elkhouli, was born from an idea to create high-quality and wellness-focused ingredients for her children’s nutrition and ensure mealtimes were free from preservatives, MSG, artificials, and gluten.
Elkhouli, Máráqáh, said: “Partnering with The Noodle House is an extremely proud moment for Máráqáh. As a UAE-born brand ourselves, we understand the importance of creating good, quality dishes and flavours. Centred around nourishment, this collaborative menu is reflective of what Ramadan is all about – bringing people together, empowering others and creating a sense of community.”
Throughout the Holy Month, the collaboration pays homage to everything Ramadan is centred around: Bringing people together, empowerment, and nutrition. This partnership with The Noodle House’s Brand Head Chef – Chef Fetty Aryanie, is another example of Sarood Hospitality’s ongoing commitment to supporting UAE-born concepts. The Noodle House invites diners to savour bowls that are as good for the soul as they are for the palate. Through a combination of Asian culinary heritage and Middle-Eastern inspired broths each bowl reflects a shared love for quality, honest cooking, and ingredients that nourish from within.
