Taking place at Al-Nafoura restaurant from November 13th to November 19th, Indulge in delicious Italian dinners and breathtaking view of the Red Sea at Nafoura restaurant -World Luxury Restaurant Awards winner- in Park Hyatt Jeddah every day from 7:00pm to 12:00am.
Our guest Chef Francesco Zanasi, who flew to the Kingdom from Vignola, Italy. With support of culinary team at Park Hyatt Jeddah Nafoura’s restaurant will prepare scrumptious Italian food from ten live cooking stations representing richest Italian authentic dishes. the award-winning restaurant will offer a variety of original dishes, based on authentic ingredients brought straight from Italy especially for this occasion. Extra virgin olive oil, authentic Parmesan cheese, and the famous Arborio rice will act as the basis for a range of dishes from Sicilian street food to homemade pasta, pizza, and chocolate.
During the Italian week, it is an amazing opportunity for our guests to experience Italian Brunch on Friday November 18th , 2022 from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm.
Brunch visitors will be able to try their favorite pasta; Chef will prepare their own pizzas, risotto and complete their meals with a different of sumptuous Italian chocolate.
