The Michelin-Starred restaurant has partnered with Pio Cesare and Il Borro Tuscan Bistro for two exclusive four-hands dinners

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates-Talea by Antonio Guida has partnered with the heritage winery from Piedmont, Pio Cesare and the iconic home-grown restaurant from Dubai, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro for two exquisite four-hands dinners across the last weekend of April. Talea’s Chef de Cuisine Luigi Stinga will first be joined by Head Sommelier Federica Rosy on 26 April, followed by Italian Chef Stefano Giovannetti on 27 April – all brought to Abu Dhabi by a shared passion for authentic, sustainable and elegant Italian flavours.

Frederica Rosy represents the fifth generation of the Pio Cesare family, which has been producing Italian wines from the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco since 1881. She has thoughtfully paired Talea’s unique menu with a variety of well-balanced grapes – evolving from a fresh and floral chardonnay to a velvety red. The gourmet experience is priced at AED 650 per person on Friday, 26 April.

Next, guests can look forward to an exclusive six-course set menu in partnership with Il Borro Tuscan Bistro on Saturday, 27 April. The second Italian feast will feature luxurious ingredients including lobster, caviar, oysters and truffle – as well as nostalgic, comforting dishes such as handmade tortellini and white chocolate mousse. The collaborative menu is priced at AED 650 per person with wine pairings available for an additional AED 650.

Both named amongst MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants in previous years, these two iconic institutions prize simplicity and understated Italian sophistication. Il Borro Tuscan Bistro is a home-grown Dubai restaurant with deep roots in the Ferragamo family’s Tuscan estate. Partnering with the Michelin-starred Talea – which is located in the stunning grounds of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi – will allow tastemakers to discover the best of the UAE and Italy.
