Customers can choose to replace regular milk with plant-based options
Move underscores our commitment to giving regional customers more choice at no additional cost.
Dubai, UAE: – Starbucks MENA, the international coffeehouse licensed and operated by the Alshaya Group in the region, has announced that customers can enjoy dairy-free options in their preferred Starbucks beverages at no extra charge.
This move positions Starbucks as a leader in customer offerings by providing all plant-based dairy alternatives – oat milk, soy milk, coconut milk, and almond milk – at no extra charge. This allows coffee lovers to personalize their beverages to suit their tastes and dietary preferences, reaffirming Starbucks’ commitment to giving customers the freedom to enjoy their drinks their way.
This considerable investment reflects the brand’s deep-seated understanding of the immersive coffee culture in the region and its commitment to respecting its customers’ passion for diverse regular and blended coffee beverages. This decision is being rolled out as of Monday, November 11, 2024, across all 1,300 Starbucks stores in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, and Morocco.
