In partnership with Riyadh Season and Visit Saudi, this unique Pop-Up will occur for a limited time from November 18 to November 23, exclusively at Spago Via Riyadh.
Led by the exceptional Chef Brian Becher, Regional Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, this six-day culinary event will feature a menu that blends the signature dishes of CUT with local flavors. Each dish will be meticulously crafted in collaboration with Spago’s Executive Chef for Via Riyadh, Daniel Irvine, promising to elevate the dining experience to new heights. The menu features the widest and best selection of beef available, along with premium shellfish and fish, with a unique local twist.
