This March, Sofitel Dubai The Palm is set to launch its first-ever culinary festival, inviting epicureans to join them on a delicious journey of gastronomic discovery. The luxury hotel will host EPICURE Culinary Month by Sofitel, a month-long celebration showcasing the hotel’s incredible chefs and culinary experts, for a series of wine tastings and dining experiences that aim to satiate the appetites and curiosities of the most discerning foodies.
A highlight of the line-up is the unique four-hands dinner by Sofitel’s Jacob Nava Villarreal, chef de cuisine at Moana Seafood Restaurant, and Brazilian chef Manoella Buffara named Latin America’s Best Female Chef 2022 (by 50 Best LATAM). For five nights only, diners will have the opportunity to feast on a delicious six or nine course menu and enjoy a mouth-watering array of Latin American delicacies (priced at Dhs399pp for a 6-course and Dhs599 for a 9-course tasting menu).
Raise a glass and learn to navigate the wine aisle like a pro at one of two wine masterclasses, held in partnership with The Tasting Class. On Wednesday 8th March, an exclusive Beach Wine Tasting will take place at beachfront destination Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge (priced at Dhs350pp). On Wednesday 15th March, a Meat & Red Wine Pairing Dinner will be held at Porterhouse Steaks & Grills (priced at Dhs350pp).
The EPICURE Evening Brunch will take place on Friday 17th March in Maui Terrace, an exciting one-off event that will feature live cooking stations from six of the property’s restaurants. Guests can look forward to a food safari adventure full of diverse and international dishes, free-flowing beverages, and lively entertainment (priced at Dhs499pp).
For the duration of the month, guests can stir things up by checking out a hands-on mixology class and learn how to pair ingredients and flavours to craft two exquisite cocktails (priced at Dhs175pp). Special culinary month menus will also be offered at six signature restaurants (priced at Dhs250pp).
Hedonists will be able to escape for an Epicurean Staycation at the stunning Palm property, with packages* for both adults and families starting from AED 1,800 per one-night stay.
