Originally established in Madrid, Smoked Room swiftly earned two Michelin stars within six months of its opening, captivating diners with its unique “Fire Omakase” concept. This celebrated concept has now successfully extended to Dubai, where it continues to enchant diners with its intimate 14-seat setting at the St. Regis Gardens, The Palm Jumeirah.
