Six Senses Immersion, held once a week until the end of October, is designed to take guests on a unique wellness journey combining mindfulness practices, bodywork, and inner care. The program evolves weekly, offering participants a diverse array of activities such as blending workshops, moving meditation sessions, and sunset rituals. Wellness is seamlessly woven into every facet of Six Senses Ibiza. The resort’s philosophy revolves around six pillars: Sleep, Eat, Spa, Move, Mindfulness, and Grow. The Sleep experience features handmade mattresses, organic bedding, and dedicated sleep programs. Eat focuses on natural, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients. Spa offers signature therapies, local treatments, and sessions with visiting practitioners. Move encompasses group and private classes, functional fitness, and scenic running trails. Mindfulness aims to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, foster positive intentions and appreciation techniques. The resort is also home to RoseBar, a groundbreaking longevity club that merges the latest scientific advancements, expert knowledge, and biohacking tools to offer personalised care and measurable results. The signature wellness program, Young Forever with RoseBar, led by renowned longevity expert Dr. Mark Hyman, provides a revolutionary approach to health and ageing. In addition to these programs, Six Senses Ibiza offers specialised wellness journeys. The Sleep program integrates sleep tracker data, personal consultations, yoga nidra, meditation, and tailored therapies to enhance sleep quality.
