DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – La Mar by acclaimed Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio calls upon all foodies and beverage aficionados alike to celebrate National Pisco Day at Atlantis The Royal. Set to take place from Thursday 25th July to Saturday 27th July, guests can order from an exclusive menu and embark on a rich gastronomic journey, featuring iconic flavours of Pisco Sours and the best of Peruvian cuisine. To mark the occasion diners can enjoy two iconic Pisco Sours for AED 120.

Curated by the talented Chef Cesar Ulloa and his team, the special menu features a selection of six à la carte dishes and a selection of seven Pisco Sours, embodying the spirit of Peruvian celebration. La Mar provides a relaxed atmosphere, whether seated in the spacious indoor restaurant or at the bustling bar where Acurio’s team of expert bartenders skilfully craft Pisco Sours and pisco blends.

Renowned for its fresh and perfectly balanced taste, Pisco Sour is a staple at celebratory occasions in Peru and beyond. The seven Pisco Sours available on the National Pisco Day menu offer several combinations to explore, ranging from classic to tropical like Chicha (purple corn) and Maracuyá (passionfruit), as well as globally inspired ingredients such as ginger, pineapple and more. The different flavours create distinct characteristics, making each Pisco Sour unique in curation, aromas and taste.  Guests can also enjoy La Ma’s extensive beverage programme including Peruvian classics infused with Pisco, a Peruvian grape brandy, and iconic cocktails with a Peruvian twist.

The National Pisco Day food menu invites diners to delve into authentic Peruvian gastronomy, with dishes starting from AED 65. Choose from delectable options such as Conchitas a la Chalaca featuring Hokkaido scallops, Choclo Chalaca (Peruvian corn) and Tomate Leche de tigre; La Mar’s classic dish, Anticucho Clasico, a beloved Peruvian street food featuring grilled veal heart topped with Peruvian sauces and crispy potatoes; and Costillas de Cordero, a succulent grilled lamb rack. Those with a sweet tooth can opt for the traditional Peruvian dessert, Suspiro, a homemade dulce de leche and port merengue.

The special National Day Pisco menu is available from Thursday 25th July to Saturday 27th July at La Mar by Gastón Acurio, located at Atlantis The Royal. Prices range from AED 65 to AED 390 per dish, and the Pisco Sour cocktails are priced at two for AED 120.
