Designed to transport guests to the heart of Italy, Siena combines authentic Italian flavours, a colourful atmosphere and friendly Italian service that will instantly make you feel as part of the family.
Siena is the latest dining concept to join the hotel’s impressive restaurant line-up, which includes Buddha-Bar, Indego by Vineet, City Social and more. At the helm of Siena’s kitchen is Head Chef Alessandro Mirabelli, an Italian culinary maestro with over 15 years of expertise. Chef Alessandro has curated a menu that celebrates Italian flavours, from classic to signature dishes created with home-style cooking, with a nod to traditional recipes passed down from generations, to more complex and colourful gourmet dishes.
The bustling open kitchen is where the magic happens, where culinary classics are created, deeply rooted in Italian cultural heritage. Key signatures include nostalgic Gamberi Rossi Siciliani, Slow-Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek, and Homemade Tagliolino with Clams, Seaweed and Lemon Zest served to the table with a smile.
The impressive Bar Di Pesce, seafood bar, showcases a daily selection of the very best shellfish and seafood – from fresh Oysters and Prawns to a range of fresh fish. Guests can choose a variety of seafood, and the chefs will prepare it in their preferred cooking style.
Siena offers a symphony of desserts that will tantalise your taste buds. From the fluffy, light texture of Tiramisu to the delicious Burrata Ice Cream, each bite is a journey through Italian tradition and flavour.

For a touch of flair, the Negroni DIY experience brings a playful and interactive element for guests, whilst Siena’s signature Espresso Martinis are served in a Dolce & Gabanna Moka pot, which can be ordered for two or four people.
