Priced at AED 250, guests can experience a selection of dishes that pay homage to the rich culinary traditions of China. The festive experience is further elevated with a complimentary mooncake, a symbolic and beloved delicacy traditionally enjoyed during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The set menu will commence with delicate starters including, aromatic Chicken & Prawn Lotus Moon and Duck Spring Rolls. Followed by guest favourite dim sum options like Black Angus Beef Bao, flavoursome Prawn Har Gau and Chicken and Prawn Wontong. For the mains, diners can choose from a selection of expertly prepared mains such as spicy Red Snapper with Gan shou Yu sauce, Lamb Shank, Cornfed Chicken with Black Bean, or the fragrant Tiger Prawn with Spicy Curry Sauce. Each dish is accompanied by Spicy Numbing Mixed Vegetables and Vegetable Fried Rice. The meal is beautifully completed with SHI’s Chef Special Dessert the festive Moon Pearl.
