Dubai- This February, Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge, will be launching a series of Zero Waste Mixology Masterclasses that have been launched as part of Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s annual EPICURE Culinary Month. Led by the venue’s skillful Assistant Beverage Manager, the classes will focus on sustainability without compromising on flavour innovation. Participants will have the opportunity to master the art of crafting two exceptional cocktails or mocktails, using locally sourced ingredients and repurposing leftovers from the kitchen.

Alongside the masterclasses, the stunning beachfront venue will offer a Sustainable Dinner Experience from 19 – 23 February. The eco-friendly culinary expedition will reflect the restaurant’s commitment to environmental responsibility. Guests will be able to savour an artfully curated menu featuring locally sourced, sustainable ingredients while actively reducing culinary waste. The menu features; Dibba Bay Oysters, Grilled Seabream (white clams, baby spinach, capsicum peperonata), Organic Chicken Breast (braised baby gem, roasted vegetable tart, thyme jus), and Goat Cheese Mousse (with honey tuile, blueberry compote, roasted figs).

The Sustainable Dinner Experience will be available from 19th – 23rd February from 6:30pm
