Riyadh – -: On February 22 of each year, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrates Foundation Day; It is a candidate for the history of the Kingdom and its achievements, emphasizing national unity and social cohesion, and slogans of pride and pride in the homeland.
The Saudis celebrate Foundation Day, through many events that highlight the historical and cultural heritage that the country has left behind, as they attend on this day by identifying the most prominent national ones that express their traditional heritage that extends back 3 centuries, and they head out to participate in various activities.
One of the most prominent events is the light show event, which is considered one of the most beautiful Saudi Foundation Day events. It consists of 10 artistic panels that illuminate the sky of Riyadh with fireworks and drones. The event includes performances and enchanting visual effects.
This wonderful show will be available to everyone, people can witness this joyful and beautiful event, and Saudi military teams and aircraft will perform amazing air shows that add magic and attraction to the sky.
In conjunction with this event and many other events held on Foundation Day, “The Spirit of Saudi Arabia” launched the “Go Before It Goes” campaign, which aims to promote the events and distinctive tourist destinations in the last month of the Saudi winter season. The campaign includes Foundation Day activities, Riyadh Season, Al Ula Moments, Diriyah Season, Formula One, and others, in addition to many special offers for visitors and tourists from within the Kingdom and various countries of the world.
This year’s winter events come at a time when issuing visas to come to the Kingdom has become easier and more convenient than ever before, as the Kingdom provides several visas, all of which allow tourism, attending events, performing Umrah, and visiting, and touring throughout the Kingdom. These are the Umrah visa, the tourist visa, the transit visa, and the family and friends visa, with citizens of 63 countries being able to issue an electronic visa or upon arrival, in addition to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries, holders of United States, United Kingdom, and Schengen visas, and residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
