Abu Dhabi, UAE – -: Experience Abu Dhabi has added another globally acclaimed act to Saadiyat Nights, Abu Dhabi’s three-month series of open-air music concerts, with Russian rock band Leningrad confirmed to perform in the UAE capital on 24 January. Tickets are now available via Platinumlist.net.

Fans of the iconic group can expect an electrifying performance at the bespoke venue on Saadiyat Island, where music meets the stars. Leningrad are established as one of the most prominent and culturally significant acts to come out of Russia in decades. Made up of more than 14 musicians, the group’s back catalogue includes Kolshchik, Bolsche Nikovo, and Nikogo Ne Zhalko.

The second edition of Abu Dhabi’s music-focused event will be held at the same bespoke Saadiyat Island venue that proved so popular during the first edition, which featured the likes of Mariah Carey, John Legend, Alicia Keys, Googoosh and Andrea Bocelli. The open-air venue features a stunning backdrop of the island’s world-renowned vistas and is packed with diverse F&B options including neighborhood pizza joint, Pitfire, cozy homegrown Mexican, Lila Taquiera, award-winning burger joint Eleven Green, specialty coffee and dessert vendor, Nowhere Café and chic hotspot Aptitude Café.

With more musical legends to be announced soon, the second edition of Saadiyat Nights is already confirmed to present Brit pop star Robbie Wiliams on 28 December (Ticketmaster.ae), Iranian powerhouse Ebi on 4 January (Platinumlist.net), Canadian crooner Michael Bublé on 16 January (Ticketmaster.ae), American vocal harmony group Boyz II Men on 25 January (Ticketmaster.ae), Egypt’s legendary composer Omar Khairat on 1 February (Platinumlist.net), and US pop-icon Christina Aguilera on 15 February (Ticketmaster.ae).

Saadiyat Nights is part of Abu Dhabi Calendar’s packed roster of year-round events catering to all tastes, spanning music, sports, comedy, family-friendly shows, cultural festivals, art exhibitions, and much more. Underlining Abu Dhabi’s UNESCO classification as a ‘City of Music’ the series is further evidence of the capital’s efforts to promote openness and cultural exchange, support the music sector, and enhance opportunities for integration across societies and generations.
