The much-anticipated Al Manakha Rotana in Al Madinah and the Nova M Hotel – Edge by Rotana in Riyadh are set to open in 2024.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Rotana, one of the leading hotel management companies in the region with over 100 properties in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Türkiye (MENAT), unveiled its ambitious expansion plan in Saudi Arabia at the Future Hospitality Summit 2024. With seven new hotels set to open within the next five years across key strategic locations in the Kingdom, the ambitious plans underscore Rotana’s commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and is set to double the number of rooms offered in the region.
The recent opening of Dar Rayhaan by Rotana in Al Khobar marks the beginning of this extensive expansion strategy over the next five years, bringing the total key count to 4,400 across 16 properties. The new property also increases Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts’ key count to 2,080 keys currently in operation across six hotels – a significant milestone for Rotana’s modern-design hospitality brand.
