Celebrating Emerging Emirati Talent on 21st to 23rd November

Abu Dhabi, UAE – Rosewood Abu Dhabi is set to host an inspiring pop-up art gallery with Salama Gallery, a platform dedicated to promoting the next wave of Emirati art. The vibrant two day exhibition will open to the public on 21st November, showcasing an impressive line up of Emirati talent through thought provoking and diverse pieces on display.

Committed to supporting local arts and culture, Rosewood Abu Dhabi is the ideal location to inaugurate a series of pop-up galleries aimed at championing Emirati talents and fostering community engagement throughout the UAE. Visitors can expect a dynamic collection of artworks, interactive sessions, and guided tours designed to enrich the evolving narrative of Emirati artistry firsthand. The event welcomes all, from art collectors, and enthusiasts, to casual visitors eager to engage with the local art scene. Each artist brings a fresh perspective of heritage, identity, and culture.

Among the exhibiting artists is Salama Mohammed, an enthusiastic artist and entrepreneur who, through her career, has empowered both emerging and local artists. Salama’s work illustrates the beauty and feminine aspects of Emirati culture through impressionism. Hend Rashed, whose vivid abstract pieces have graced international galleries from Singapore to Italy. A finalist in the UAE Residence Artist Award and recognised as one of the five winning artists in the Emerging Scene Art Prize competition. Expect artwork from Maryam Mansour, a seasoned artist with a decade of experience, recognised for her expertise in various styles and media. Her career, enriched by over 40 workshops, speaks to her commitment to teaching and promoting fine art in the UAE. Wadima AlMazrouei is a passionate artist with a lifelong love for oil painting. Wadima’s work is marked by rich textures and vibrant colours.  This unique opportunity allows these talented individuals to present their artwork to the community and art enthusiasts alike.
