Opening on 17 January 2026, Nobu’s third Dubai venue will embody the energy of city life, from late night dinners to elevated bar experiences, offering a high-energy Nobu that comes alive at night with music and a vibrant atmosphere
DUBAI – The highly anticipated Nobu One Za’abeel is set to welcome its first guests on Saturday, 17th January, with reservations now open. Marking the next chapter in the globally renowned Nobu brand, the destination promises a distinctive dining and lifestyle experience, setting a new benchmark for Dubai’s culinary scene.
Located within The Link at One Za’abeel, the world’s longest cantilevered building, Nobu One Za’abeel will present the brand’s renowned Japanese cuisine infused with Peruvian influences in a dramatic new setting characterised by refined design, spectacular panoramic views, and Nobu’s signature culinary philosophy. A world first for the Nobu brand, Nobu One Za’abeel will transition into an electric late-night destination, where the bar and lounge come alive with extended opening hours and a curated soundtrack by leading DJs, unveiling a bold after-hours expression, unique to the global Nobu portfolio.
At the heart of the experience is Nobu’s celebrated culinary artistry. Guests can expect iconic dishes such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, world-famous Nobu sushi and premium Wagyu, alongside exclusive creations developed especially for Nobu One Za’abeel. Signature dishes include Umami Mediterranean Seabass Tomato Dashi Ponzu, Amadai Ginger Shiso Ponzu, and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Shiitake Millefeuille Tozasu, all thoughtfully crafted to reflect the venue’s distinctive atmosphere.
Inside, the restaurant’s design draws from an opulent palette of tactile materials including black cerused oak, oil-rubbed bronze and brass, embossed leather, Calacatta Cielo marble and Breccia Antica stone. Bespoke liquid metal art panels, warm lighting and subtle gold-leaf accents create a sophisticated yet atmospheric space that sets the tone for an elevated dining journey. Design details such as black quartzite finishes and soft light-oak touches further enhance the space, honouring Nobu’s global DNA while introducing a bold, contemporary expression tailored to one of Dubai’s most anticipated dining destinations.
Situated within The Link, One Za’abeel’s 230-metre cantilevered sky concourse, Nobu will be the latest addition to the already exceptional collection of globally recognised dining concepts including the Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic by Anne-Sophie Pic, Tapasake with the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, Culinara Social Dining, an elevated food hall and the Riviera-inspired Aelia.
Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa alongside Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, Nobu has become one of the most globally recognised names in dining. Spanning 58 restaurants worldwide, from Dallas to Dubai, the brand is celebrated for its modern Japanese cuisine infused with Peruvian influences, understated luxury and an unmistakable dining experience.
