Founded by three passionate Italians – Giulia Maestrello,Fabio Bressan, and Matteo Castagna, with the main aim of bringing true Italian pizza to Dubai. Pizza Maestrello’s main priority is quality and offering it at a reasonable price for all. In addition to time-tested recipes from Moscow,Maestrellohas introduced pizzas exclusively to suit Dubai’s taste, combining traditional
flavors with a modern twist.
What sets Pizza Maestrello apart is the careful process behind its dough. Comprising 90% water, the dough undergoes a 48-hour resting period before being shaped and baked. This extended fermentation process results in a light and flavorful crust that is not only delicious but health-conscious.
