The homegrown restaurant has dropped its first independent licensed restaurant in the heart of Dubai Hills, Business Park 1
Building on its award-winning legacy as an independent artisanal pizza brand, Pitfire Pizza has now opened its newest outpost in Dubai Hills. With an exciting backdrop for its new location, Pitfire’s latest venue is licensed and promises a whole different experience for those heading down to Business Park 1 in Dubai Hills. Transporting guests to pizza nirvana, the location is the 5th dine-in outpost of the homegrown brand, serving creations which are not quite Neapolitan and not quite New York, but somewhere in between.
Nestled in the heart of Dubai Hills, Business Park 1, Pitfire Pizza’s latest location features the brand’s signature, rustic charm, with brick walls and wood floors, cozy booths, wood tables, black seats, and its iconic art wall adorned with vibrant pops of color. LED elements add a touch of modernity to the cozy yet elevated, casual experience inspired by the communal energy of the bustling Dubai Hills. With a large communal bar dotted with TVs, the location boasts a spacious interior spanning 240 square meters as well as 40 square meters outdoors, designed to comfortably host a total of over 100 guests.
To celebrate the launch of their first independent licensed outpost, the Pitfire Pizza team fearlessly took on the task of curating an approachable beverage menu infused with a twist on timeless classics that mirrors the creativity of their beloved pizzas. Introducing a range of cocktails starting from AED 48, the stars of the show are both sweet and spicy. The first is the signature Pineapple Upside Down Fizz – a perfectly balanced concoction of bourbon, prosecco, pineapple juice, lemon juice and brown sugar syrup, presenting a smokey yet bubbly beverage. The second is the signature Hot Honey Margarita which gives the classic cocktail a bold twist by featuring Mezcal instead of tequila and adds Pitfire’s hot honey for a spicy kick. The legendary hot honey sauce, celebrated among UAE foodies for its fiery with its iconic blend of sweet heat, takes center stage as the base for the cocktail. Other cocktails on the menu include the Clover Club, a velvety gin-based cocktail prepared with homemade raspberry earl grey syrup, the timeless Whiskey Sour, for which the scent of lemon zest gracefully enhances the cocktail without overwhelming its timeless essence, the classic Margarita, and the contemporary Paloma, infused with Pitfire’s very own homemade jalapeno syrup to name a few. Pitfire Pizza’s affordable beverage menu also boasts a curation of fairly priced grapes, sparkling grapes, and hops.

Setting the stage for another saucy adventure on the food front, Pitfire Pizza Dubai Hills has amped up the flame with timeless classics that have rightfully earned their place as all-time favorites. Guests can indulge in Pitfire’s headline-making pizzas, including the Pepperoni Primo, Bill’s Special, and the Truff Daddy amongst others. The new location will also serve the iconic Garlic Knots and the fan-favorite old-fashioned Chicken Penne Alfredo to add to the cheesy escapades. For desserts, the location will serve the heartwarming Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies, Michele’s Apple Pie, and an all-new option of Gelato to wrap up the meal, the right way. Exclusively for Dubai Hills, Pitfire has introduced new appetizers like Whipped Feta & Caramelized Onion Dip served with Potato Chips, the Spinach & Artichoke Dip served with Tortilla Chips, in addition to the good ol’ option of Marinated Olives, for a more extensive variety. Pitfire Pizza is also launching an additional flavor to its Chicken Wings, presenting guests with the popular creation of a sweet and spicy Korean-inspired sauce.
Pitfire Pizza Dubai Hills mirrors the opening hours of its sister branches, welcoming guests from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays, and extending the hours until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition to the new creations crafted exclusively for Dubai Hills, the loved items from the regular dine-in menu are also served at the new location.
