Dubai : Sensational French fine-dining destination Pierre’s TT, situated in the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, has announced the launch of its limited-edition Black Truffle Menu, available from 20th to 30th January 2026. Designed to deliver an unforgettable gastronomic experience, the indulgent menu celebrates the depth and allure of Melanosporum black truffle, expertly crafted by Chef Patron Pierre Gagnaire in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine, Chef Mathieu Balbino.
A Michelin Guide-selected restaurant, Pierre’s TT has been a cornerstone of Dubai’s fine-dining scene for seven years. The exclusive Black Truffle Menu showcases the restaurant’s seasonal creativity and emotional approach to French cuisine, with each dish thoughtfully composed to highlight the truffle’s distinctive character. Guests can expect standout creations such as scallop carpaccio with green asparagus, macaroni gratin infused with Melanosporum black truffle, and a playful Melanosporum black truffle mystery cake, ensuring a memorable multi-sensory experience.

Pierre’s TT’s Black Truffle Menu features dishes starting from AED 170 and can be enjoyed on their own or alongside the restaurant’s exquisite à la carte offerings, all set against the elegant backdrop of the expansive terrace. Overlooking Dubai’s sparkling skyline, the terrace offers a magnificent view of Dubai Festival City’s IMAGINE laser, light and water show.
Helmed by the globally acclaimed Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the visionary behind the three Michelin starred Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Paris, Pierre’s TT is thoughtfully designed to deliver unforgettable and refined dining experiences.
