Showcasing authentic Italian flavours, the menu features the Ostrica Croccante, Caviale & Sedano (Crunchy oyster & oscietra caviar in a celery sauce to start, followed by Capesante (Seared scallop with mushroom, hazelnut, green pea carrot puree and truffle oil), and Tortelli All’astice e Caviale (Tortelli ravioli with lobster and caviar). Next on the delectable menu is a choice between the Brodetto de Pesce (Marchigiano fish stew with tomato and saffron) and Filetto di Manzo & Datteri (Beef Tenderloin with parsnip, date chutney and baby carrot). To end the exquisite meal, the talented Chef Beatrice has thoughtfully created a special edition rose dessert inspired by the stunning Forever Roses.
