As the restaurant transitions from a bustling summer into the new season, it’s set to elevate the dining experience further with a series of exciting new offers and activities starting this September.
Located at the St. Regis Al Mouj Resort, Novikov Café Muscat is introducing a new lunch set menu, featuring 2-course and 3-course meals from 12-3pm daily. With a commitment to fresh, daily prepared food, the menu will rotate based on ingredient availability, showcasing innovative recipes and the highest quality products offered at the restaurant. To start with, the new set menu will feature a variety of starters, mains, and desserts, including exciting new additions such as Novikov’s special date cake. With the selection changing weekly, guests will have the opportunity to explore fresh and original dishes on a regular basis.

Led by Chef Marco Lubian and his talented team, these masterclasses will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Novikov’s signature pizzas and pastas. The first session scheduled this month promises an immersive experience for pizza enthusiasts eager to refine their skills.
Novikov Café Muscat is open daily from 10 AM to 11:30 PM, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Al Mouj Muscat residents can enjoy an exclusive discount in September (T&Cs apply).
