Fine dining restaurant Bussola at Jumeirah Golf Estates is shaking things up and kicking off the new year with an exciting range of new dishes. Set to have regulars flocking back and newcomers making reservations as soon as possible, the Italian dining destination has expanded its menu with signature Italian flavours, seafood favourites, and hearty winter warmers.

Seafood fans will love the addition of the Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare as a starter while meat lovers will be ordering the authentic Slow-cooked Veal. With winter among us, soul-warming soups are making their debut on the menu with the quintessential Zuppa di Pesce (Mediterranean seafood soup) and Minestrone with Seasonal Vegetables.

No Italian restaurant is complete without a wide array of fresh pasta coming in all shapes and sizes, enrobed in sauces bursting with flavour. After weeks of experimenting in the kitchen, Chef Guido Cavallini and his team have added Fettuccine with rich Seabass Ragout, Cannelloni filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, Savoury Crepes with green asparagus, light as a cloud Ricotta Gnocchi and an earthy Mushroom Risotto. From the wood-fired oven, a special La Bussola pizza joins the menu along with the classic Quattro Formaggi pizza (four cheese pizza).

The main courses pay homage to the establishment’s Italian roots with a new Florentine T-bone steak, classic Veal Cutlet Milanese style, succulent Octopus, Grouper cooked in Mediterranean sauce and tender Rack of Lamb. To finish on something sweet, Bussola will be expanding its dessert menu with a Honey Ghaf parfait and bowl of fresh berries.

The new dishes are available for both lunch and dinner, promising Mediterranean flavours day and night with Italian bites, hearty meals and Bussolas signature pizza selection.

Located on the magnificent grounds of the Jumeirah Golf Estates, the beautiful Italian restaurant offers a relaxed but elegant setting, with indoor and outdoor dining options overlooking the golf course.

Lunch opening hours are 12-3 Monday to Friday, 12-4 at weekends, and dinner 6-11pm.
