Munich Airport is proud to announce the launch of its new Personal Shopping Service tailored specifically for Arabic travelers. As one of the premier gateways for travelers from the Arab world, Munich Airport continuously strives to enhance the passenger experience.

This summer, passengers departing on flights at Terminal 1 with leading airlines such as Emirates, Qatar, Etihad, Kuwait Airlines, Oman Air, Saudia and Gulf Air will have access to a dedicated team of Arabic-speaking shopping assistants – fluent in both, the language and culture.

“We are excited to introduce this specialized service, further cementing Munich Airport’s reputation as the preferred choice for Arab travelers,” says Sven Zahn, CEO eurotrade Flughafen Munchen Handels-0mbH at Munich Airport. “Our aim is to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our guests, and the introduction of the Personal Shopping Service is a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional service.”

The Personal Shopping Service invites travelers to explore the exclusive range of products available at Munich Airport’s MyDutyFree shops. Offering a curated selection of halal and alcohol-free products, passengers can indulge in regional confectionery from esteemed producers and renowned chocolatier houses such as Neuhaus. Additionally, the shops boast a collection of accessories from internationally acclaimed brands including Coccinelle and Longchamp.

In the MyDutyFree perfumery, guests can discover an array of exclusive perfumes and cosmetic brands, such as Chanel, Bulgari Le Gemme, and Armani Privé, among others. With personalized assistance on selecting halal products and the assurance that all items purchased can be taken on board without luggage restrictions, passengers can shop with confidence and convenience.
