In celebration of Eid al-Fitr, artisanal Italian eatery Monno located in Jumeirah presents a collection of gourmet gifting sharing-style desserts that can be ordered now until the end of the Eid holiday.
Monno’s new gifting options are made for bringing people together to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan and presents a range of both savoury and sweet bites.
Ideal for gifting during intimate gatherings with family and friends, Monno’s new sharing-style desserts offer a true taste of Italy and were created with famed Italian Pastry Chef Matteo Manzotti, who recently visited Monno to share his recipes with the culinary team.
Gourmet gifting dessert tray options include tiramisu, which invites diners to delve into indulgent layers of creamy mascarpone with comforting biscuits drizzled in espresso, and topped with cocoa powder and cream to resemble the desert dunes that surround us. There’s also luxurious classic cheesecake topped with mixed forest fruits.
The dessert gift trays are available in two sizes to suit different parties – the small size provides eight to 10 portions and is priced at AED 290, while the large size serves 16 – 20 and is priced at AED 490.
Monno’s new gifting dessert selection will also include individual portion desserts including ‘Black Mirror’, a dark chocolate mousse with raspberry, plus the ‘Sicily’ made from Sicilian pistachio and white chocolate, and lastly the ‘Rocher’ – caramel chocolate and gianduia. The individual portion desserts can be purchased for AED 250 (six pieces), or AED 400 (12 pieces).
Monno’s new savoury selection includes options like pillowy soft Italian buns with ham, chicken Milanese or caprese with mozzarella, tomato and pesto, or croquettes including classic arancini, potato croquette and truffle croquette. Savoury one bite trays are priced at AED 280 and include 12 pieces.
