The newly unveiled breakfast menu has been carefully curated to be just as impressive.
As guests sit down for breakfast, they are welcomed by a minimalist atmosphere that feels cosy and warm with muted colours of brown, cream, and terracotta and complemented by exciting architecture. Mamafri leaves the food to do the talking as tables spring to life in colour when guests are presented with their meals.
There’s something for everyone on the menu. Guests are invited to try one of the beautifully presented and mouth-wateringly tasty Breakfast Sandos, such as the Avocado Sando, Okonomiyaki Sando and Egg Sando.
There’s a selection of South-east Asia-inspired breakfast main dishes for breakfast lovers that desire something a little heartier. The Big Breakfast combines fried rice, Asian chicken sausage patty, sunny-side-up egg, hash brown, avocado, miso maple bacon, julienne bell pepper and spring onion.
A guaranteed guest favourite is the Omurice, a sticky rice served with Asian chicken sausage, dashi tornado egg omelette and unique omi sauce. Breakfast Buns come next, served with creamy scrambled egg and a variety of other delicious toppings such as onion bacon jam.
For foodies that prefer something a little sweeter, there’s a Pancake and Dessert selection to tickle the taste buds. Guests are encouraged to try the moreish Japanese Pancake served with miso maple syrup, whipped cream, and mixed berries.
