In recognition of its efforts to localize the bus driver profession CEO of the Royal Commission for Makkah City honors Dallah Hajj Transport Company
Jeddah : The CEO of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites, Engineer Saleh Al-Rasheed, honored Dallah Hajj Transport Company, a subsidiary of the Dallah Al-Baraka Group, in recognition of its outstanding efforts to localize the bus driver profession for Hajj pilgrims, contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals of empowering national talent.
This honor was bestowed during a ceremony organized by the General Syndicate of Cars as part of the fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition for the year 1447 AH. The ceremony was attended by high-level dignitaries, including Dr. Mohammed Nazir, CEO of the General Transport Center, and Mr. Mu’taz Al-Safi, Chairman of the General Syndicate of Cars.
In this regard, Mr. Luay Abdul Latif Gharab, Managing Director of Hospitality, Holy Sites, and Transportation Services at Dallah Albaraka Group, explained that the company has been working for several years to localize the jobs of Hajj bus drivers and increase the Saudization rate, believing in the importance of developing and empowering national talent to enhance efficiency and improve the services provided to pilgrims.
Mr. Gharab emphasized that the group continues to fulfill its longstanding commitment to serving the guests of God by developing its operational systems. He noted that the company recently added 400 modern 2026 model buses equipped with the latest smart comfort and safety systems to the Dallah Hajj Transport fleet. He concluded by stating that this expansion brings the total Dallah fleet to more than 1,250 buses, enhancing its ability to meet the increasing demand during Hajj and Umrah seasons and ensuring an exceptional transportation experience that keeps pace with the rapid growth in the number of pilgrims, in line with the goals of Vision 2030.
