Five new products—Coffee Originale, White Cane, Spiced Cane, Italian Orange and Aperitif Rosso, will be made available in the United Arab Emirates

Dubai, UAE | -: Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic, the world’s finest range of non-alcoholic beverages is adding five new sophisticated serves to their expert collection this February, allowing consumers to recreate even more of the globally trending zero-proof cocktails. With up to 95% less calories than alcoholic counterparts, these all-natural, allergen-free, and vegan non-alcoholic beverages are taking the world by storm.

Many years in the making, Lyre’s exquisite range of expertly crafted non-alcoholic drinks were borne from a quest to make the impossible possible – giving consumers the freedom to drink their drink, their way, without compromise. The drinks are crafted true to the taste and aroma of their alcoholic counterparts, sourced with the finest natural essences, extracts, and distillates from the four corners of the globe. With three new expertly crafted non-alcoholic beverages, Lyre’s is widening the range of non-alcoholic alternatives, to be enjoyed by all.

Lyre’s Coffee Originale

Espresso Martini and coffee lovers will enjoy the Lyre’s Coffee Originale that captures the essence of a rich and vinous coffee with tastes of espresso, spice, caramel and toasted nuts enhanced by a classic vanilla finish. When shaken with the Lyre’s White Cane, fresh espresso and vanilla syrup, creates a sophisticated Espresso Martini, garnished with a coffee bean float or some luscious grated dark chocolate for added sweetness.

Lyre’s White Cane

Those familiar with the taste of white rum would enjoy the Lyre’s White Cane as an alternative, which is made from sugar cane and has the sweet notes of marzipan, orange and coconut, rounded off with a light, peppery finish of citrus and toasted nuts. This beverage can be mixed with pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut syrup, and passionfruit pulp to make the popular passionfruit colada cocktail.

Lyre’s Spiced Cane

With a touch of heat, the Lyre’s Spiced Cane is a balanced and rich spiced rum alternative that is full flavoured on the palate with high notes of caramel, molasses, classic spiced vanilla, and toasted nuts. This can be perfectly paired with a premium ginger beer, fresh lime and vanilla for the ultimate Dark n’ Spicy.

Lyre’s Italian Orange

The Lyre’s Italian Orange has a vibrantly red Italian bitter Aperitivo style with distinct flavours, winning in the Best New Spirit or Cocktail ingredient category at Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. It comes with a rich mouthful of flavours with blood orange and red citrus taking the lead and maraschino bringing the balance. For a sophisticated classic, Lyre’s Italian Orange can be mixed with Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso to make a perfect non-alcoholic Negroni.

 Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso

The Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso is equipped with an aromatic sweet vermouth body with the taste of strong flavours of blood orange and vanilla. Balance is restored with elements of caramel, citrus pith, and cacao, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate. For a delicious Americano, premium tonic water can be added to both the Lyre’s Italian Orange and Aperitif Rosso.

Lyre’s is available for purchase across MMI stores in Dubai, on DrinkDry, and most recently at the Depachika food hall in Nakheel Mall. A collection of delicious cocktail recipes and more information on the Lyre’s range can be found on the Lyre’s website.
