The Kaimana Beach menu is a fusion of Asian-Polynesian influences, designed to transport guests to the tropics with every bite. The signature dishes showcase a masterful blend of experimental flavours and premium ingredients. Highlights include the Escargots Malasadas, a savoury doughnut stuffed with snails and black truffle cream; the Piña Colada Oysters, topped with coconut calamansi foam, pineapple salsa, and a drizzle of garlic chili oil for a tropical burst of flavour; and the Braised Beef Cheek Loco Moco, paired with a perfectly crisp panko-fried egg, golden onion strings, and fresh chives for a bold, hearty tasting experience. The Pulpo Anticuchero features tender octopus accompanied with hasselback potatoes, shiso chimichurri, and a rich black garlic aioli.
