JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh’s Latest Restaurant Gives Key Editors and Food Bloggers a Taste of True Steakhouse Dining in an Elevated Setting
RIYADH, KSA – JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh, the capital’s latest luxury address boasting of a variety of novel dining destinations, held a delectable dining experience for key media and food bloggers this month to celebrate the launch of its new steakhouse, the JW Steakhouse. The indulgent dinner bestowed an immersive experience, with a variety of mouth-watering dishes prepared by the talented culinary team.
Guests were presented with an appetising four-course set menu expertly curated by Executive Sous Chef, Ivo Benidio, featuring a selection of signature dishes. Having worked across leading hotels and Michelin starred dining concepts internationally, Chef Ivo brings a wealth of experience to his new role and ensures to season each serving with premium ingredients and a unique twist that is guaranteed to win over hearts and taste buds.
Providing guests with an array of delicious dishes, the set menu included flavourful and savoury meat options, including slow cooked lemongrass and piri piri chicken and vanilla marinated scallops accompanied with fresh duck prosciutto, followed by a selection of premium steaks prepared on the chef’s special table counter. A menu also highlighted sensational dishes such as bone-in beef rib steak, Australian lamb rack tomahawk, along with complementing sides of truffle fries, spinach mellow rice, glazed carrots, and green leaves, before ending the meal on a sweet note with the chef’s signature cheesecake.
